Hey All, I mentioned this test at a meetup a few wks ago. I've taken it and found it very useful, and told people I'd let them know more abt it once I looked up the info.
It's called "Strengths Finder 2.0", by Tom Rath. To take it you have to use a code you get from that book while doing an online test. I dunno if the bk's available in libraries, but I'm assuming you have to pay for it (it was under $20, as I remember). Either way, for people who may want further insight into how they work/function best, and why they do certain things they do, I feel it's well worth it. I had several "Aha" moments looking at the results, which they thoroughly analyze for you. Anyway, hope things are well...E |
