Hi Indy,
I can't find the list of suggested topics that you mentioned..where do I find it? Thank you again for today. As I mentioned, I belong to many meetup groups and this was fantastic! For the future, how about either discussing a book, movie or whatever that we all agree to read/see ahead of time? Also, maybe how art affects our lives, emotions, etc...(and I leave the word 'art' open to each person's interpretation!:) Another topic I am very interested in and it may sound corny is 'love'...how many kinds of love are there? Does love last forever? how does it change? Why? Anyway, just some ideas....see you soon. Have a great week. |

Thanks a lot for you input. I like your ideas, I think it will be great to have a discussion on art, in fact some of us were having a similar discussion today after the meetup. The idea of discussing a specific piece of literature or movie is very interesting too, we should talk about this in future to come up with something specific that we can recommend others to see or read beforehand. The topic love could be a good debatable topic even though as you said it sounds corny, we just need to phrase it carefully. Hi..sorry I missed the Friday night group; sounds like it was very well done & interesting!
Is anyone interested in planning another brunch or dinner event? I'm proposing Sunday June 28th, but whatever works for the group....I hope to see you all soon again. |
