Hi everyone,

The Improv class Sunday sounded like so much fun I decided to schedule an informal and relaxed discussion about humor and laughter.

Did you know:

The average pre-schooler laughs or smiles about 150 times a day?
Laughter releases endorphins, a chemical 10 times more powerful than morphine?
Every time you have a good laugh you may burn up 3.5 calories?

We will discuss how to discover your individual humor style The mind/body benefits of humor and laughter and how we can enhance our sense of humor and bring more laughter into our everyday life. Please feel free to share any jokes, cartoons, etc. (nothing too offensive of course).
