Hi Paula,
If you like to dance you will love it. I do Latin, hip hop, belly dancing...and a few others. My class is unique and if you love to dance you will enjoy it. The first class since everything is new is always a challenge but I repeat the same songs and maybe add in a few easy ones until I feel everyone has gotten it and then I will add 1-2 songs a week. Once you learn the songs, and everyone has there favorites you will be dancing and burning calories and having a blast.
