Have you meditated before? We will all need to exist in order to meet each other and arrive, but yes true arrival is not the existence of the world of suffering. We can slow down by sitting and reconnect to that place that does not exist. In our way that place that does not exist is ironically here and now. Or maybe it is true existence. Anyhow, if you would like to sit with us let me know. It is always nice to meet people with an open eye. Any questions welcome.
