I am therapist working with adults and couples. I always like finding ways that I can continue to grow. I like meeting new people and having fun. I like keeping active and believe in exercise and healthy diet for overall health.

We normally have our free Introduction to Meditation on Thursday eves 7-7:30pm (our meetups) at Cambridge Zen Center. You can also attend the free dharma talk that follows right after the class if you like.
