Apologize that I am arranging this at such a short notice but better late than never.
This is a joint meetup with Racing meetup group (http://www.meetup.com....
No you don't need to be an expert driver to come join in and have a good time.
The costs include $10 one day license and a $28 track fee. There is a coupon that waves the $10 license fee. So total only $28. Go to the Photos section of racing meetup group to get the coupon.
This will be an indoor event so weather cannot disrupt it. You can checkout the F1 website.
